Refund Policy

I have a 30 day satisfaction promise.  Take 30 days with your new Splash Happy Cap and if you aren't completely happy with my product, send it back to me and I'll refund you the purchase price.  Please contact Sarah on info@splashhappy.co.nz prior to sending it back, to confirm this is what you intend to do.

If you have purchased a product with a manufacturing defect then please contact me within 10 days of purchase and I will replace it.

I love to hear from customers, so if you need help with the fit of your Cap or have any questions or feedback about my design please contact me.
